I was really disappointed with my experience. I came in for a regular manicure on my natural nails and showed them a simple nail design that I wanted. I was told they would only do the design with gel polish, so they refused to do it with regular polish. I chose a regular polish color instead. After applying the polish, the technician used a tool to clean around the edges of my nails. She was very rough and accidentally injured my skin while cleaning. It hurt enough that I immediately pulled my hand away. She looked at me and started talking to the technician next to her in another language, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The polish itself was smooth, but it wasn’t applied evenly, so the final result didn’t look level or neat. Overall, I expected much better customer service and more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and won’t be returning.
